At the PIDLI office
On 23rd of December 2013 Michael Bender from Grüne Liga (Germany) gave a workshop on “Challenges and solutions for transboundary water policies(river protection) in Europe (欧洲跨境河流保护的挑战与思考)in Kunming at the Home of NGO, a local NGO platform which organizes regular NGO salons. Around 20 people participated. There was a lively discussion especially on the comparison of water policies here and there.
