Environmental legal aids, environmental litigation

Protection of flora and fauna are the two main goals of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF), set in Beijing, as well as the Deutsche Umwelthilfe (DUH). Due a lot of experiences which both NGOs achieved since their foundings 1985 respectively ten years earlier the Deutsche Umwelthilfe in 1975, they have a good ground for cooperation in their fields of engagement.

The DUH and CBCGDF plan a comparative study on environmental interest litigation and /or environmental legal aids. They want to establish a knowledge transfer network to share their first-hand experiences, successes, and strategies to meet challenges in reducing air pollution
