The 5th generation of the EU-China NGO Twinning is participating in a unique capacity building this year. Additionally to the inputs about EU legislation and campaigning, and aside from the general intercultural and cooperation-building workshop modules, the twinners this time join the global ranks of those civil society members involved in the C20 process.
